you could get a male jack to 2 female rca and a 3.5mm coupler in maplin. They might sell exactly what you're looking for too but if not the coupler would do

eBay direct to buy is decent. Honk Kong is nothing to worry about - got some great deals on Sony ericson headset adapters and SD cards.

I have no problem with it either Overheal other than the time it usually takes to get stuff when it's being shipped direct from Hong Kong (a bit impatient)
