    First and foremost, you will get through this, but you need help to do so. Proper help. While PI is good for many things it's not particularly helpful in this case as we are not equipped to give you proper advice on this. If you want to open another thread more as way of getting it out on paper as it were, please do if you think it will help.

    The Samaritans are a very good start. I would advise you contact them. The details are in the sticky but for convenience;

    The Samaritans are a well trained group of volunteers available to talk to youabout any problems or life grievances you wish to talk about. www.samaritans.org or email jo@samaritans.org to get trained samaritan help via email. Alternatively dial 1850-609090 to speak in privacy and confidentiality. This is a link showing local samaritans in Ireland

    Here are another few handy links too;

    I hope this helps, but you have the power to move your life forward. You are not alone, you can get help and you have the power to be the person you need to be. It may be a long road, but it will be worth the journey

    As I say if you want to open a new thread more as way of getting it out, please do.

    Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
