    Theres a good bit of development for it afaik. Never tried any myself though. Might give a few distros a go in a virtual machine, see how they are.

    I tried it but found it a nightmare to get going so I didn't really get very far. Get your hands on Ubuntu Studio, its an Ubuntu distro preloaded with loads of audio packages. Make sure there are drivers available for your audio interface before you take the plunge.
