Creative Zen Customer Support Phone Number?

    Hi! Was just wondering if anyone knows the Creative Zen customer support phone number? Got a Zen Moziac for Christmas and the menu back button isnt working. Brought it back to the shop and the manager said its a Creative issue and I have to contact them. On the website they only offer an e-mail address to contact them by...does anyone know if there is any phone number I can ring?

    in short..there isnt one. (well there is, but they have very poor support, except their forum website which is very helpful)
    Where did you buy it? Sometimes they can send it themselves back to Creative, but obviously they didnt want to.
    Go back and ask for a replacement tbh
    i'll go and have a look on their forums,

    BTW, you'll need the serial number which is on your packaging or the Zen itself if you email Creative

    Your contract is with the store first, you should be able to have it replaced there so I do not know why the manager told you that it was creative's issue...it's not, it's the stores obligation to sort you out.

    Where did you buy this Mozaic?

    It was bought in Xtra Vision. Yeah I'am going to go back in Monday and ask for a replacement!
