    Do they allow or recommend you that you can download it and burn it to a dvd in case you get a virus or your pc gets fecked? Or do you have to re download and buy it again?

    Yep Steam has it's own back up program built in and you can use DVD or Hard Drive with it. :) Once the game is on your Steam account you will always be able to re download it (for free) if you dont have a backup already.
