    Does anyone know how to speed up the download on bittorrent?

    That would speed up the machine all right, but not the download.

    Hmm whatever program you're using (EG uTorrent) you'd have to go in to the settings and you can set a max speed. [I think]. Ah no, wait it's in Bandwidth allocation. 0 [zero] sets it to maximum.

    But of course it all depends on your line speed, amount of seeds:leechers.

    I'm sure other posters will have more information for yeh.
