call of duty WaW online problems?

has anyone else been having problems with WaW online? , whenever i ge a kill on a server running punkbuster i am kicked from the game , and "PB INIT failure" comes up , has anyone experienced this ? or does anyone know how to fix it??

Just manually update Punkbuster via their website.
