How ya lads sorry if I posted in wrong part of forum. Bit of an ould problem here, was wondering if any of ye could help me out.
I have a laptop here and I hated vista on it cos it made it run really slowly, So I installed XP on it instead. Thing is, now I dont have wireless on it anymore. Wireless adapter does not show up in device manager. I have ethernet and PCI with the little yellow thing beside them saying they are not working. I presume one of them is me wireless card. Is there any way to find out what card I have without opening up the laptop and eventually throwing it outt he window.
If thats possible is there any way of fixing it then.

I still have internet when I plug in the ethernet cable. All help greatly appreciated :)

Look up the laptop model, find the make of wireless card from that, google for drivers for it.
