Usually they just take the booze off them and warn them and send them on their way, but they can bring them down to the station and call their folks or give them a date for kiddie court as far as I know

He didnt notice any drinking atall... but even he was shocked.

They keep all the drink for their Christmas parties every year. Fact.

Also if they have any left over they sell it off cheaply, and it's usually the drink companies who buy it and then re-sell it. Not sure if that's true, but I heard it.

I saw a documentary about this. Usually the rookie cop bangs the dudes girlfriend then when the sarge' goes to stick one in her it turns out it's his daughter....

I can second that. After being caught drinking the gaurd said I could either serve 12 months in prison or I could choose the option of letting him put his penis in my bum.
