Benefits of jailbreaking iPod Touch

    Hey people.

    I'm just wondering what are the benefits of jailbreaking a Ipod Touch and what can you do?
    Is it worth it any extra hassle? In your own opinion?
    I'm quite content with the plenty of apps I have now but if the grass is greener...

    Any help/suggestions/comments is greatly appreciated. :)

    I do it simply out of habit cause i've always had mine jailbroken, my main reason is custom themes....just couldn't do without them

    Is different customised themes the only benefit? Surely, with the popularity of jailbroken iPod Touchs there must be some attraction to it?

    oh there are plenty of apps but you really need to just do it (takes about 10 mins) and just start testing apps, themes are the main thing for me but you'll find a few others that are decent

    Keep in mind, the second generation iPod Touch, (which was on the shelves for this Christmas) hasn't been jailbroken as of yet.
