So what xmas eve/day traditions do you have?

My family(since i can remember) have met in the same pub for our "look we really love each other" christmas drinks. Its such a farce, half the family dont turn up and the ones that do bitch about the 1s that dont

Eh, mass on Christmas Eve, everyone in the family goes to cousin's house after that.Up at 7.00 on Christmas Day, make sure that Santa has ate what we left out for him and Rudolph ate his carrot.That night, family come to our house for party.

As though he is going to forget its the 25th.

We always go to Mass at midnight on Christmas Eve to get it out of the way. We're always drunk too, so it's fun- we keep trying to make each other laugh. The others look at us like we're scum:p

***Dont touch presents until Dad gets home. Fire station seem to call him in every second Christmas Eve. or so. Basically staying in bed when anyone else our age was ripping packaging to pieces. Working in a pub now, so getting up at 10AM will be EARLY for me now :rolleyes:

The Goal Mile on Christmas morning right after mass. Visiting my son after that. Putting on about 40 lbs (On Christmas Day alone). And one I can't mention in a family forum. :eek:

This year the mile, the 40 lbs and the 'other' one may go by the wayside. :rolleyes:

I usually sit in my attic with a few cans playing some game online, Last year i destroyed a whole team in call of duty 2, The drink makes you brave and you end up getting more kills!

The family usually watches TV then they wake me up early and i get my yearly Christmas fry then head to relatives.

My family always go down to my relatives every christmas eve. And we always call to the neighbours house for an hour or 2 christmas morning.
