Error in Http Connection

    I found a problem with a Nokia 6300 - Vodaphone ireland branded.

    I have no problem with internet connection, but I installed a java software which needs to be activated with an activation code.

    After the insertion of the code, the java software makes an http call to a server to check the code and activate the application.

    I get this error "Error in Http Connection" and I cannot use the java software. I did the same procedure with a Nokia 5300 and Sony eric k800 wthout problems.

    I cannot understand why the Nokia 6300 can connect to internet but cannot make a Http connection. The supplier of the java software told me that the java softwware is only asking to the telephone to give the available http connection. Nothing else,

    the APN is setted isp.vodafone.it but when the intenet connetcion is setted to live.vodafone.it and it's no possible to change it.

    Anybody has an idea how to solve this problem?
