Hi Guys so i had a 360 which broke and 2 months later (yesterday)i got a new one. But now the Network Adapter Which worked on my old 360 Isn't Working. It stays on red light? Why is This?

Is it the settings or a hardware failure?

Can you connect to the wireless network with another device?

Think I had this problem when I first got the adaptor, a number of unplugs and just re-plugging it in worked, not sure if it will help your case though ;). Btw wireless settings are stored on the console itself so shouldnt have anything to do with it

I've to unplug and plug mine from time to time, usually after moving my consloe or after a disconnection or something like that. It always comes back no problem.

If its a new console so the setting wouldn't be stored in it. Try entering the Key again under wireless connection. If all else fails, try pluggin and unpluggin it a good few times.
