Hi, this is wayne (fitzcasino) just to let everyone know that on friday I was informed by the director that we would not be running tournaments anymore and that my services along with other members of staff where not needed.

I have asked them on several occasions to post this on boards, but has not been done yet. I also suggested they bulk text all members and let them know, this also was not done. The password for my account has been changed hence the new name.

I am of the opinion that it is the companies responsibility to inform all concerned when canceling tournaments.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused any one. I would also like to thank all who turned up for the tournaments and wish everyone a great xmas and happy new year.

Just out of interest wayne , will they be honouring the holiday that tom won a couple of weeks ago.
Its a pity about the place as it has the makings of a great place.

Hi Wayne,

Thats a real shame the way this has happened so quickly; we had a good chat Thursday night and you were very enthusiastic & very hopeful for 2009.

I wish you all the best for the future; i'm sure our paths will cross again.

Will call into Fitzpatricks next time i'm over Tallaght to talk to whoevers in charge now re my holiday. Do you think I need to get something official from them? Should I call and speak to anyone re this?

Sorry to hear that Wayne, I thought it kinda strange that you would 'leave' like they told us too. Wishing you every luck in the future!
