Pixmania - pain in the a$$

    Anyone having issues with pixmania, I've tried to call their customer support all day yesterday and this morning, getting the usual press 1 if you want to speak to a human, press 2 to be put on hold, press 3 if you want to be cut off.. kept going round in circles, and would eventually cut you off!!

    Unreal had to follow up with DHL who said that pixmania (pix'pain-in-the-arse-aren't ya) had printed the label to go on the delivery but hadn't shipped it, won't be hear for Xmas & guess whose in the the bad books, tried to email customer support, no reply so far...

    Just wondering if this is because of the internet cable which got "cut" in the Med.??

    Must be the worst customer service setup I have come across...

    Try getting your money back from Expansys, they are a complete disaster, don't even acknowledge mails sent to them.
