    Hi Davmol

Their are lots of really good places to ski in Norway but the two best places to go for a weekend are Lillehammer and Trysil. There is a direct flight with Scandinavian Airlines from Dublin. Lillehammer is about 90 mins north of Oslo airport (International) by train which goes straight from the arrivals area in the airport, I went in Feb 08 and had a blast. It's a town rather than a resort so the clubs and pubs are not just package holiday makers. If you are fairly experienced and looking for more of a challenge go to Trysil, the biggest resort in Norway. It takes longer to get there but it's really worth it. Plenty of room on the slopes, no queues and very few posers.

    Enjoy!
