Hi there, I'm thinking of getting into archery, I know very little about it but it's always seemed interesting.

My first query would be, how fit do you have to be to start? Obviously doing any sport or activity which requires a certain level of fitness will get you into shape eventually, but is there a certain level of fitness I should be at before starting?

    Hey there,

Archery is pretty much open to all shapes, sizes and fitness levels!

There are bows in most clubs that are good to start with and as the fitness and strength builds. As long as you have a bit of practice and patience everyone will shoot well in time!
