This is really something I've never got, if I had a reason to bitch about someone I'd say it to their face. I guess as a man generally we would say it to their face more than Woman . /awaits PC brigade attack.

Not really constant bitching. I'd usually save everything up for a year or so then go on a massive rant followed by a killing spree. I try to do it in a different country every year then blame it on a natural diaster

The odd time, but the golden rule is never to say anything that I haven't complained about to them face to face before, which I don't.

Depends who is around. There's usually a ring leader. And you can be sure if they're bitching about other people then they're bitching about you as well when you're not around. Its also hard not to get caught up in it yourself, which is the worst part about it. My advice from personal experience is find new friends.

seems a lot of people are claiming they dont bitch about anyone.. so you only speak nicely about all people at all times?

if i have a small issue with someone, id rather have a little rant about it then forget about it than say it to the person & get it blown out of proportion & end up arguing.

if i have a huge issue with someone ill either say it to them or not bother with them.

i dont think a small amount of bitching does anyone any harm.

No I never bitch, it only gets you in trouble. If I have a problem with someone I’ll say it to their face. I don’t like hearing people bitch about others either.

and if someone bitches to me, i usually say 'well i dont know 'x' well enough to say, or encourage them to go talk to the person about whats bothering them

I have to or I'd go crazy, sometimes people annoy me too much :P. I'm quite annoying myself, so I wouldn't really care if someone bitched about me either.
Having said that, I'm not two-faced. Even if I wouldn't say everything to your face, I wouldn't pretend to be someone's best friend if all I did was complain about them.

No, I think bitching is horrible. I tend not to join in when it's happening around me either.

I have said stuff about people that have been sh1ts to me. People that are not my friends. But only when really irked.

And I have never said something about a friend that I would not say to their face. I don't like talking about people behind their backs. They aren't there to defend themselves and i'd hate to think people were doing it to me.

I think, the happier you are with yourself and your life, the less time or interest you have re bitching about someone else.
