    I would love to buy the vw scirocco more than any car, it just looks like a mans car :D and the shape of the car reminds me of a audi r8 and it looks futuristic :eek:

    I wouldn't really call it a "mans car", but yeah, its very modern and clean looking, especially in White with black trim.

    The most annoying thing would be learning how to pronounce it! :p

    It looks like a cross between a golf and a volvo c30 - quite fiminine too. But I quite like it - nice for a VW.

    Sorry, I'm not gone on the scirocco - I think it's quite bland looking.

    Would have to be the R version for me. Otherwise just a Golf GT/GTi with a different bodyshell, probably the muppets car of the future if you ask me :D

    Now, there is a car worth the money. Although if i had to spend 28k on a car it would be the Scirocco. I can't see anything else in it's class for the price range.

    If the scirroco is your dream car then fair play, at least yours can come through and you can drive around "living the dream". For most of us our dream cars are just that .....dreams !

    I hated the scirroco when it came out first as it was so NOT like the IROC concept that did the rounds a couple years ago. But, having seen one in the flesh at the TopGear ripoff, it is a very nice car, no more a mans car than the new Alfa thingy that was there - but a very nice car.

    But for me the dream car has always been - and you couldn't stop me licking it at the same event - the XJ220 !! That's road presence !

    I think its a good looking car and probaly the best looking(reasonably priced) car around. I dont know how anyone would rather have a golf then this espically if there going cost in and around a similar price, but hey each to there own i guess.

    Nah not really into the shape of the scirocco, but I'll reserve judgement till I see it in the flesh as the pics don't seem to be great, from experience seeing a car in the flesh makes all the difference.

    Dream car(s) if I won the lotto would be a big f-off jeep, a new VX or something and the most powerful old skool imprezza, backed up by an escort MK2 Mexico (pinto 2.0), also wouldnt mind a 205 GTi with the Mi16 engine. I'd have to have a rally spec Ibiza ('97) in there somewhere. Wouldnt touch a supercar. Oh yeah I'd keep my current car for daily driving.

    lol I have to admit the 911 looks really nice, I think I like the scirocco because the inside I feel is brilliant with the cream leather and the sound system that comes with it :)

    Land rover 110 v8 or 200td wit some tunin, also wit full off road and expedition kit- i'd travel the world with it!!

    As a normal car
    - a clean red or azure blue mk2 golf gti, though that old corrado looks pretty cool
    - my mk2 golf 1.3 dosnt reall compete : (

    i will take a volvo c30 t5 r design over the scirocco anyday. the way the scirocco comes out at the back is actually very reminiscant of the C30.
