    According to the DCU site,
    Entry Requirements:

Applicants can apply for this programme through two entry routes:

    1. Have at a minimum, a Second Class Honours degree in a non-computingdiscipline, or an equivalent qualification.

    2. Have 3 years experience or more in the ICT sector and excelled in the Irish Computing Society EUCIP programme (see: www.ics.ie/eucip)OR

Have a minimum of 4 years industrial experience in the ICT sector and can demonstrate strong career development.

Have a look at that link and email the programme chair. Depending on demand for places and a whole host of other factors, you may become eligible but it doesn't seem like you are at the moment.
