19" Rack Strips source?

Anyone know of an Irish retailer selling 19" rack strips (looking for a few 9u sizes or so) plus capture bolts for them? Can only seem to source them from the UK, and the retailers are not responding to my emails asking about combining shipping (dont fancy paying 5 stg postage per 7stg strip i order).
