Class M PRSI

Hi. Relative of mine is still working at the age of 71. However, after looking at his P60 for 2008 it turns out PRSI has been deducted under J0 class. Am I right in thinking he should have payed no PRSI under M class (people over 70) and that all of the EE PRSI payed is refundable ?

Hi.
