Sky Multiroom problem

    Can anyone help me.

    I have just upgraded from Sky+ to multi room. All worked well for a couple of days but now I am receiving a no signal error message on the TV.

    I have gone into the attic to see is there something wrong with the card, but it seems to be ok, but what i have noticed is on the Sky+ box in the middle circle beside the green arrow I now have a red light.

    Can anyone help with this or let me know if I need a new box, and where would I get one.

    Have you a Sky+ box in the attic?

    Anyway, the red LED beside the green arrow is the Recording indicator which lights up when you're recording.

    Maybe unplug from the mains for a few mins and plug it back in again (whatever is recording, assuming it's doing so, will be lost).

    When you press Services, 4, 6, what is signal like on both tuners?

    Also, is the other Multiroom skybox working OK?
