Hi guys,

We ahve just booked ourselves a few days in Basel at the end of January. I am just wondering if anyone has been and have any hotels they would or wouldnt reccommend we look at?

Also, where in the city is a good location to be based? We are flying in with ryanair and ideally would like to stay somewhere very central to the main city so that we can walk to and from a hotel in the evening.

Is the centre of town located far from the main railway station? I imagine that is where the bus or train shall drop us from the airport?

Anyway, anything else anyone can share on what to see or do or where to eat and drink would be great.
