I think I'll be going with Pantanal Trackers. They seem very good and you get what you pay for. Can anyone recommend any other tour companies they went with?

    I STRONGLY reccommend http://www.pantanaltrackers.com.br/

This is the best tour guide in the Pantanal. Period. Authentic, real and adaptable. You get what you pay for, want a cheap tour with 10 other people where you all argue about what you want to do then go somewhere else. This guy only does private tours and is brilliant.

Sorry for dragging up an old post. Do this company run tours from Campo Grande?

No no, the guy Julinho is not one of those cowboys, he's a serious serious expert on the jungle and has been on National Geographic channels etc with documentaries...his base is in Cuiaba, I flew out to him from Sao Paulo and I'm so glad I did, it was an amazing tour.

You should contact him and try get to Cuiaba, although he could be booked out all summer since that is high season and he is the "Jaguar Expert" in the Pantanal.
