UK Pre-paid Credit Card ala 3v WITH CHIP AND PIN?

Hi guys, Are there any providers out there supplying pre-paid UK credit cards. Even better with a chip and pin facility? A few shops down here will take sterling payment, BT is one of them providing it's a UK card..
