    In short: No.
    It depends on where you saw it.
    It can mean any number of different espresso and milk or coffee and milk drinks, if you're in Oz / New Zealand. In Ireland, US and England people refer to heavily-milked or creamed coffee as "White coffee". Otherwise, it can be anything branded as "white coffee" - the meaning varies from brand to brand. The thing they usually have in common is that they're seriously under roasted.
