    it seems to have been around for as long as anyone can remember, im just wondering if anybody knew what year it started?

    One of them is Irish-it was once owned by a man in Loughlynn co Roscommon. Dont think the breed is an Irish one though.

    And in case there was any doubt left about what the true meaning and spirit of Christmas is, this thread proves conclusively that it is in fact consumerism.

    Never thought of it that way but damn you are right, only feels like christmas when the adverts tell you its christmas :D
