Two Ski Trips for Novice?

Has anyone any opinions on whether two ski trips this winter is a bit too much for a relative newcomer to skiing?

Basically I've only had one week of skiing before (last February) and got to do some red slopes on the last couple of days but I'm still really a beginner.

I already have a trip booked for next February but a last minute deal has come up for going skiing over the new year so I'm seriously considering it. They are both 1 week long trips and there are 2 different groups of about 12-15 people on each trip.

I'm just wondering am I taking on too much to soon and should I just leave it at 1 week for this year and maybe do 2 weeks next year? Anyone been in this situation?

If you can afford it, go for it, you will really progress on the second trip as they are so close together, no spending half the week finding where you left off from the last trip.

Take as many trips as you can, the more trips you take the better you will be.

Make sure you get lessons, they are worth it
