Help: PS3 transmitting??

    Hey, sorry i'm a computer noob here, but i have a PS3 and usually have it connected at home to TV through HDMI cable, but have bought it over to friends house who doesnt have a HD TV.

    Can anyone help how i get the ps3 to transmit through the old scart cable, i have it all set up, but not getting any response on any of the channels, and i remember when setting it up a while ago i had to select what format to transmit it - HDMI or old scart cable??

    Turn off the PS3 and then turn it on again from the power button on the console itself, but hold it down for a few seconds - you'll hear two beeps. That'll reset the video settings and it should be sending a standard definition signal out.
