Dell Mini Restore

Hi all, I got a Dell Mini yesterday which needs to be restored.....don't ask :rolleyes: There's a recovery partition on it but I can't for the life of me figure out to run system restore. Usually it's Ctrl + F11 or just F11 but neither of them work. Any ideas?

I got a Dell Mini yesterday which needs to be restored.....don't ask :rolleyes:
