    im nearly sure there was a thread of some sort on this but here it is. i saw they have one in the Guards recruitment section, so we should better them with one :D

    post pics n all that

    and for those in the PSNI what sort of vechiles do they use as unmarked cars?

    i saw an avensis the other day n i was shocked!

    Yeah there def was a thread and I remember there were pics of subarus, golfs and ford sts. metman was a regular on it and cant remember who else! i was up at the ford show at portrush last summer and saw some nice mondeo sts and some motorbikes. doors were open to public to have a peek inside and i took my peek and drooled all over the seats!! :D
    You saw an avensis!? "The car in front is a Toyota" should the car in front be the pursuee!! (if there is such a word!) Guards really use a lot of avensis, traffic corp also use subaru foresters, then you see ford fiestas some days!!

    Psni has a wide range of velickils, i have seen Lexus 4x4 Subaru impreza, they have something for every occasion, i got stopped years ago by an unmarked Volvo 340:D

    they had skoda octavia's at a VCP @ hillsborough castle a few months back.

    I also see Vauxhall Omega 3.5 V6 on the M1. & let's not forget the Golf R32 in Belfast, it's niiice.

    a lot of the bigger "cars" are CPU the R32 is traffic and not much use on country roads, traffic also have A Harley motorbike and down at Seapark(I think) there is one of the old armoured Ford Cortina's with the big metal bit down the middle of the windscreen but its just rusting away to nothing

    Actually the bike is a normal sized one, the 4 people in the pic all suffer from gigantism
