LBP 1.07 Patch Live now - new Search, Categories, LittleBigStore...

    So, I boot up my ps3, stick on LBP and theres another patch (after yesterdays 1.06 patch for modearion issues)- strange i thought...

    67MB later, and the initial LBP menu has changed - new LBP Store section for downloading/buying DLC, and the Cool Levels has been replaced by "Community", which is initially cool levels, but now also has views like "Most Hearted", "Highest Rated", "Newest", "Busiest" and also search by text and by tag.

    The "Highest Rated" Levels are sweet - I played Little Dead Space, and I am considering deleting all my levels and starting again - absolutely amazing level, far better than any levels I played so far.

    Early Christmas present - and like I always said, a surprise IS the best present...

    Yeah, the new searching and browsing options are fantastic. I think they even changed the bog-standard cool levels too. All of the levels on the first page actually look cool now, no trophy-whoring levels etc that were simply there because of the number of plays.

    I've already found some total gems just randomnly picking levels from these categories. Ones I doubt I'd ever have found before.

    Good job MM..it kind of feels now like how it was meant to be :)

    Downloaded the patch also. Its looks great and the search works really well now.

    The Metal Gear Solid DLC coming next week looks unbelievable.
