    This lad has spent his whole life down in the Law Library getting paid to avoid liability and settle/brush legal issues under the carpet. I can't think of anyone less qualified to manage a countries finances in times like this...

    Its actually

    i) Brian L's Rectum World (a very unknown planet). He got his head stuck there a few months back and hasn't been able to return home since. Don't be fooled though, this ain't no ET ****. This fella doesn't deserve a job let alone a flying bicycle...
