    When I turn on mach it fills with water then "check water" light comes on and no more .I have reset it which emptys the water and we are back to square one :confused:

    Sounds like you have a water regulation fault, electronic board does not register that water has filled, does it constantly fill & empty? if it does it probably needs a part replaced.

    Yes to that when I press re set it drains and shuts off
