Tom-Tom 'One' GPS @ Tescos €78

I was in Tescos at Graystones this morning, and at the checkouts they had the Tom Tom One GPS with Ireland & UK maps for €78. It looked like they only had 10 or so. I'm not sure if other stores have them also.
