Does anyone know any good road trip songs. I'm making a movie of a road trip and finding it harder to come up with new songs everytime.
    Thanks:D

Someday I will learn to drive. then I will drive across the American Desert playing Songs for the Deaf by QOTSA...that radio theme of the album is perfect.

Depends where you're doing the road trip really

If the sun's beating down, I can't think of anything that appeals to me more in a long drive situation than Running Down A Dream by Tom Petty.

The L'estasi dell'oro remix by bandini would be great there too.

If it's dark and rainy, Flashing Lights by Kanye West is a surprisingly good choice.

Black and White Town by the Doves is handy too.

Road Trippin' - Red Hot Chili Peppers?

    perhaps a bit too obvious

Also, I've always associated the Traveling Wilburys with road tripping.

+1. Dare you keep under the limit while listening to Go with the Flow.

    +1 to that.

Try Creedence Clearwater Revival - "Bad Moon Rising" and "Fortunate Son"

There are some great movie soundtracks that play perfectly with driving. Forrest Gump, and The Blues Brothers are good examples, where maybe 80% of the tracks are great to drive to.

Not a huge fan, but always associate Lynyrd Skynyrd (Free Bird) and Allman Brothers Band for road trip songs. +1 for Creedence Clearwater Revival mentioned above.

    Try the following:

"Don't stop me now" - Queen

"Over the hills and far away" - Gary Moore

    "Broken Wings" - Mr. Mr.

    "Crazy" - Icehouse

There's loads more that I listened to on my 15,000 mile road trip around the States 12 years ago - most of those brave cassettes died of exhaustion on that road trip :(
