im just wondering what people do in this situation;

playing heads up SNG and for whatever reason your opponent gets disconnected so needs to autofold every hand.

do you (a) give him some time to try and get reconnected

or

(b) just raise every single hand as quickly as possible to take the blinds.

im a (b) man all the way - just wondering did any of ye have a conscience?

I give them a couple of minutes to get back, then finish it if they're still absent.

Any time I've been disconnected and villain has taken advantage, I've luckboxed every hand when I got back.

Lol without a shadow of doubt rob every blind. I play a lot of sngs and when this does happen i just smile and be happy.

I've let guys who disconnect keep blindss before, they are always pretty shocked when they return.

Happened to me many's a time cos I've got a ****e broadband and there was never any mercy shown. Even when it's 3 handed they both scramble to blind me away.
So if it happens to someone else, ya I'd be raising like a mofo to finish it up!

Raise with all your rubbish and time down to the last second with premiums ..its sickening getting dealt AA, KK etc and winning the blinds, then disconnect guy comes back and pwns you...

A few years ago there was a WSOP sat on Full Tilt where the chip leader got disconnected HU and the other guy immediately sat out and waited a good ten minutes for him to return, then lost.

I would have always sat out in the past. These days I don't believe in karma any more and I'd probably just raise ever hand. Assholes win at poker too. In fact lots of them do.

I would definitely wait a few mins as I would hope someone would do the same for me if I disconned even though I don't play sngs so this never happens

Unless you have a perfect wireless connection then youre bound to get disconnected at some stage and lose a HU game as a result. I reckon Ive been disconnected and lost as many times as I've won against a disconnected opponent so i reckon they cancel each other out in the long run. Raise every time!

Theres 3 people left, top 3 get paid but the top 2 places are much higher payout. You and 1 other active, other guy disconnected.

The guy whos active suggests you take turns raising the disconnected players blinds

what do you do?

I wouldnt reply in the chat, but I'd figure out a way. Then I'd email support and tell them, then hopefully he will be done for colluding and you'llbe bumped up if you end up losing.

I just write in the chatbox lets not go to mad. Nothing to proof colluding in that comment.
As for karma, well i intentionaly broke a mirror a few weeks ago and luck hasnt gone against me so im not a believer.

It depends on the stack....if I am CL and blinds are high enough I would probably go all-in every hand and bully the other active player - he wouldn't call you (unless he has a monster) as he doesn't want to lose 2nd place and I can win the SNG.

Aye, people gave so much away in their profile that made it easier to play them. I'm a massive MUFC fan. Yeah, Then you'll have half an eye on the telly seeing as they're 1-0 down to Scunthorpe, lets just rob your blinds shall we.
Though a couple of players here used to have false French profiles just to wind-up the Americans.

Well I wouldn't cry like Andy Black did, but the more the TD tried to hurry me up, the more bluddy minded I'd be about taking my time, and that's cameras or no cameras.
