Mileage Check??

    Does anyone know if there is a way to check the mileage of 2006 Audi A4. The car is currently in the UK but wondering has anyone ever got in contact with a Audi main dealer who could check it using a Laptop to confirm that the car has not been clocked?

    Is there any other way of verifying the mileage???

    I dunno if the MOT records a vehicles millage. If it comes with a FSH it should be recorded there.

    According to the service history its been serviced on the Audi Longlife plan and hasd been serviced twice by main audi dealer and once by reccomended audi specialist. Now at 53000 on the clock. The mileage seems to be ok, if you allow 20-25k miles per year.

    I know that Audi can plug their Laptop into the port under the steering wheel and run a check on the milage or if the clock has been tampered with.

    As the car is 2006 it does not have to be MOTd till next september 09. In the UK they require an MOT if the car is over 3 years old

    Isn't mileage verification included in a comprehensive HPI check from the UK?
