    hi all,

    i have a query about the sfp and i am wondering if anybody out there has any advice for me.

    i have had some very serious health issues for the past 2 years and hopefully and thank fully they are behind me now and i am trying to get my life back on track, and heres my problem.

    for the last 2 years i have not filled in or returned to the dept. the forms that they send out in april to be completed and returned.

    is this money that i should have got now lost or do i have any recourse to getting it now?

    you'd need to apply for the payments in the applicable year. Once a certain cut-off point after the deadline for receipt of applications has been passed, you're not entitled to any payments. Maybe there's an angle with Force Majeure, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
