I have been having problems lately when playing 7 or more tables . It takes way longer for the software to respond whenever i hit the raise/fold buttons etc. Does anyone else suffer from this when playing a good gew tables. i am just wondering is it a problem with my laptop. monitor or is it something to do with the site i am playing on. Its driving me mad at this stage

Your computer is too slow, download ccleaner run it (and stop all the unneccessary processes) and clean everything off your hard drive that you dont use, programs etc. Once thats all done if you still get slow down buy a new pc

Do you play on betfair by any chance ? Betfair poker software is far more computer intensive than most sites.

Im the same on Betfair, anytime i play over 3 tables my PC dies and i have a new quad core with 3 gigs of ram etc so thats no the issue, i can play any other site as many tables as i like. I often wonder how some guys are 10 tabling Betfair no problem.

press ctrl + alt + del and click on the performance tab.. does the processor graph clip at the top when you multitable?

I remember this happening with everest after an update at one stage...

I have these problems with BF on an older computer that i use sometimes but its generally only when running a hud in conjunction with playing 4+ tables. If i close the hud i have no problems. My newer computer generally works fine with 6+ tables and hud.

Also forget about doing other bandwidth intensive things while playing on BF. If i have torrents or the like running in the background it majorly causes things to slow down.
