    Finally someone has paid attention...it only took 5 years of pointing this out.

    I'm off to blow the dust off the Cat'o'nine Tails.

    Its a pity the recruitment freeze will make this statement redundent for a few years though.

    Better late than never.

    Plenty of good guys over the past few years, but will take years to undo the damage caused by letting the runts of the litter past recruit training.

    Maybe now Senior Officers will find their balls again and back up Pl Comds and Pl Sgts.

    This is serious stuff, the COS came out with his politically correct msg today, but I have serious concerns.

    OK, blatant, focussed, bullying has no place in training, but you do need to weed out the mind power weaklings - many of whom are often disguised as physically fit...

    When the s**t hits the fan you need to be able to depend on the guys around you keeping their head and getting on with the job, some t*t going ga ga is a real downer.:mad:
