    Hi all,

My mouse pointer has been acting up alot lately! For some reason it will jump an inch or two without me touching/moving the mouse itself! Its really annoying as I keep clicking on links that I don't want to click or in games things jump around!

I am using a Razer Lachesis mouse which is supposed to be a decent mouse. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers etc!

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

What kind of surface are you using it on?

    Actually,

I had a remotely similar problem in feb. My bamboo fun tablet for some reason started jittering uncontrollaby. It eventually got really bad. Did all the troubleshooting i could think of between myself and wacom tech support (driver re-installs, etc).

Eventually it turned out to be my laptop's power supply was faulty: it was sending off some wild emf feedback, and in about a week it started to affect everything around it: the touchpad became unusable, the metal ends of headphone and usb jacks gave off electric shocks, and my desktop speakers (plugged in seperately altogether) even became unusable because of the high level of static they started putting out. At that point I just started running the laptop on battery for essential-use-only for a couple weeks while i sourced a new power supply from the US (long story)
