Problems with recording on Sky+

    Hi all,

    We had Sky+ installed about a month ago and everything was working fine until the weekend. Now if we want to record a programme, we have to stay on that channel. If we turn to a different channel, it says that there is no reception. We have checked all the wires and everything seems to be plugged in correctly, anyone else ever come across this problem?

    There was a thread about this recently.

    I have difficulty with Channel 4, E4 & more 4. I can't record them by timer. If I do record Channel 4 manually, then I can't watch either E4 or More4 and vice versa but I can watch all other channels!

    I can even watch Channel 4 on my "Other Channels" but not on 135, if I'm recording any channel?

    Did your installer contact Sky with your viewing card number? Sky need it to activate Sky+. Give them a ring
