Dublin airport wifi (at the Ryanair pier)

Was getting a Ryanair flight the last day and we were over in the new pier thing they have ..

Anyways, I was in the bar having a pint and the urge struck me to browse the web (as it does). So, whipped out my new laptop .. searched for wifi networks .. found none.

Went down to my gate .. found none.

Now, the DA website says there should be some there, doesn't it? Or have I missed something.

You should have found some, but you have to pay to access them.

I really didn't mind paying. Just couldn't find anything :(

    Odd.

Perhaps they were down. I've found them with my PSP before...

I don't remember seeing any pop up last week actually when I was down that way setting up the wifi to my phone. I may just have not been paying attention, but I'd usually spot when an unlocked network pops up on a scan just out of curiosity.
