Ordered several times of them! Brilliant, never a problem.
They use Interlink (DPD) for delivering. Normally takes 2 to 3 working days!:)

I just made a payment using a credit card to firesupport and i dont get a confirmation saying i have paid yet. On the site it just asks you to save the card details then an email is sent with the order is that right?

If you do that they usually email you back asking you to pay by paypal instead. They only take paypal payments from outside the UK as I was told by them.

i never get a confirmation, the best bet is to call them on the telephone and they can confirm any details for you

Thats strange about the credit card payment, they only accepted cc payment once from me and that was the first time I bought from them, after that they always asked me to pay by paypal and just said they can't process cc payments from outside the UK.

Other than that they are very helpfull. I remmeber about 18 months ago I ordered a TM MP7 and just placed the order. 5mins later the phone rang and it was Frank from fire support confirming about the plugs and voltages we use in Ireland because of the batter and charger that come with it.

Another time I ordered a Hurrican Eotech 552, Frank rang back straight away saying they could not get a 552 but they had a 551 instead and offered to throw in a perspex lense protecter with it which they did not have up on their site at the time.

The two lads at fire support are great to deal with and easy to contact if you do have any issue.

It goes by weight, but it was £13-£15 for the average AEG, it was a year ago anyway with the service they used. You have to email them for exact shipping costs depending on what you want.

My M60 cost £20 last September for next-day courier delivery. Not too shabby considering the delivery was over 10kg in total.

£20 is normally the maximum they charge for postage!
As it is by weight you can also order a box of BBs as well.
Frank always has good bulk order prices.:D
