Help needed with choosing pmp!!

    Hey guys, need your urgent help. Am in a dilemma which pmp to get for a christmas present for someone. I was looking at the Creative Zen x-fi 16gb and the Cowon D2 16gb, but cant decide on either.

    I would imagine the person will use both its video and audio capabilities but have heard bad things bout both their conversion methods. I currnetly have an Archos 605 and a zen vision M and love them as there is minimal conversion needed for videos.

    Any idea which would suit best? or any other suggestions?

    not very convenient for a crimbo present but i have an 80gb Zune,nd i love it.small bit o video conversion needed but there are really good free ones.

    I've used both the D2 and the Zen X-fi, and of the two the D2 is by far the better for music and as an all-rounder. The Zen has a better screen for video.
    Conversion of video is about the same for both.

    I know this is probably a little late for xmas...but Cowon have just released the S9 that will blow both the Zen and the D2 away.
