Mobile Credit/laser card payment machine

Im starting a mobile business in the new year.
I want to be able to accept major credit and laser cards as payment.

I've heard of that you can get these machines from the bank,havn't look into it too much yet.
What options do i have?

You will find more information of the models available by doing a google search for "GPRS credit card terminals"

You will also need a merchant account with the banks in order to process the transactions

Most of the searches throw up sellers from abroad,where would i buy one in Ireland?
if i buy one outside Ireland will it work ok here?
I havn't a clue which one to go with or how much i should be spending,i will be opening a business bank account soon so maybe the bank can shed some more light on it.

Your bank will organise everything, just give them a ring and they will give you the number of the proper department

Ring Evalon 1850202120,they do the fixed point terminals 100% but I believe they may also do mobile.
