    Is there any bowling tournaments around ireland does anyone know?

    Yup, here's a list of events for 2009.

    Anyone can go to watch these tournaments, some of them are invite only for players others are open to anybody. I think that all of them require the player to be an ITBA member...not too sure about that.

    There are some phone numbers in that list and anywhere there isn't a phonen umber for a tournament you might be interested in, just call the bowling centre and ask to speak to the manager about it :)
