anyone done a wine-tasting course in Ireland?

    i'm thinking of giving a voucher for a wine tasting course as a gift this christmas
    -anyone done one?
    -any recommendations?
    -do people go on their own, or is it better to go as a couple?
    -rough guide price?

    Do on your own or with whoever you want. For the foundation course I think it's around 400. But there's a wine appreciation course which is cheaper I think. A bit of swotting to do for the intermediate course tho.

    the wine board also do a wine appreciation course as well that would be worth looking at !

    Fantastic way to start learning more about one of the coolest topics in the world !! :D
